Pancakes for lunch? Hell yeah!
Stir all ingredients except for 3tsp greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 2tsp almond milk very well and cook into pancakes on a non-stick pan.
To make the fluff topping mix left over greek yogurt, protein powder and almond milk together and layer on pancakes.
Top with crushed almonds and sugar-free syrup.
