  •  1 medium (2-3/4" dia) Red Delicious Apples
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Morton Sea Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Ground Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 spray) Spectrum Coconut Spray Oil
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Straight Phosphate, Double Acting)

q Directions

Mix egg whites, over ripe bananas, vanilla and yogurt with a mixer. Grind the oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a blender then mix in with wet ingredients. Coarsely chop apple and mix into batter. Spray a bread pan with coconut oil and bake for about 1 hour at 350
