A full-flavoured wrap without the extra calories. Extremely good, and can get a little messy!

² Ingredients

  •  4 serving (serving = 1 serving (85 g)) Ground Turkey
  •  2 tablespoon Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Famoso Roasted Red Pepper
  •  1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  •  1 oz Lemon Juice
  •  6 leaf inner Cos or Romaine Lettuce
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 oz) Trader Joe's Crumbled Feta
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) America's Choice Button Mushrooms
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 serving) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1.5 cup Bean Sprouts
   

q Directions

Heat large frying pan and spray with olive oil.
Add onions and scallions and let saute for 5 minutes.
Add turkey, mushrooms, red peppers, bean sprouts, and all the spices/liquids the recipe calls for.
Keep cooking until turkey is fully done.
Spread turkey on wraps, and drop the yogurt down the centre with a drizzle of lemon juice.
Sprinkle on feta cheese and enjoy!
