³ Description

This is a very easy and delicious healthy snack with a good macro ratio of healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and protein.

² Ingredients

  •  4 thin/small slice Tomatoes
  •  1 medium Egg (Whole)
  •  1/2 cup, sliced Avocados
  •  1 tbsp Parsley
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Philadelphia Chives & Onion Cream Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Hovis Wholemeal Thick
   

q Directions

Start by poaching you egg.
While egg is poaching slice your tomatoes, parsley and avocado.

Toast your bread and then slice it into two triangles. Then spread it with chives and onion cream cheese. Then apply the sliced tomatoes and avocado.

When the egg is poached to your liking, place it onto of the slices over the tomatoes and avocado. Top it off by sprinkling some parsley!
