³ Description

This is a delicious and filling meal, filled with healthy fats, and protein!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb High Fiber Tortillas
  •  1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 4 oz) Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Kale
  •  1/4 cup, sliced Red Onions
  •  1 tsp, leaves Basil (Dried)
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  0.125 cup Lemon Juice
   

q Directions

1. Mash avocado in a bowl
2. Add all the ingredients
3. Stir it up
4. Place it in a tortilla and roll it up
5. Heat it on a panini press, or in an oven/toaster oven, flipping it to get grill marks on both sides so that it’s heated all the way through

I dipped it in honey mustard, although it tasted great on it’s own as well
