Great dessert that is comforting, healthy and easy to make!

² Ingredients

  •  4 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Busy Bee Organic Honey
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  100 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  2 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Peal apples and cut into wedges and put them in a bowl. Squirt some fresh lemon juice to keep the colour, 2 tablespoons of organic honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and mix all together. Bake for 45 minutes or until soft.

Add choice of toppings. I used 0% plain greek yogurt, strawberries and granola and it was delicious.
