Great dessert that is comforting, healthy and easy to make!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Peal apples and cut into wedges and put them in a bowl. Squirt some fresh lemon juice to keep the colour, 2 tablespoons of organic honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and mix all together. Bake for 45 minutes or until soft.
Add choice of toppings. I used 0% plain greek yogurt, strawberries and granola and it was delicious.
