Warm & Comforting Fall Breakfast

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

In a saucepan, bring 3/4 cup Skim Milk & a pinch of Salt to a boil.
Add in 1/4 cup Brown Rice Hot Cereal.
Stir in 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon & 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar
Simmer on low heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
Stir in 1 TB Pumpkin Purée & 1/8 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Spoon 1/2 into oven-safe ramekin, layer with Banana slices and top with other 1/2.
Sprinkle top with Cinnamon and crushed Pumpkin Seeds & Walnuts.
Add a drop of Agave (or Honey)
Bake on 400 for 6-8 minutes.
The top will form a “crust”
