Great healthy delicious dessert that will satisfy your cravings!
Set oven to 375 degrees
Microwave 1/2 cup of oats & 1/2 cup of water until there is no more water left.
In a food processor or blender:
Mix 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder (unsweetened), 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 2 scoops of whey chocolate protein and 1 small banana. Add oats to the mix and blend. Grease baking pan with coconut oil then pour mixture in baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes
Mix 1 scoop vanilla protein powder and 1/4 cup greek yogurt. Freeze while making the brownies.
Once baked, cool down and add icing from the freezer and serve with banana & cinnamon on top as garnish or microwave fruit and pour on top! Enjoy
