So, last night I wanted to make my banana nut balls... I ended up not having all that I needed so a new creation was born. Banana Maple Muffins ðŸ’– Next time I want too add strussle so it will be crunchy on the top.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix and mash the ingredients together, you can use a blender.
3. Pam your muffin tin.
4.Get your ice cream scoop to evenly distribute all your muffins.
5. Add a strussle to the top if you like. Some type of granola would taste best.
6. Cook for 30 minutes.
7. Let cool.
8. Enjoy! Perfect with coffee in the morning!
