q Directions

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup oat flour (just pulse oats in a blender until smooth)
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/2 scoop Cellucor Whipped Vanilla whey protein
100g banana, mashed
3 tbsp Almond Milk
3 tbsp 2% Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 "shakes" of Cinnamon Swirl Mix'ns
>> (go to http://mix-ns.com/ and get a free bottle! I got mine in last week and decided to try it out in this recipe. You could also just use regular cinnamon or sub the Whipped Vanilla whey for Cinnamon Swirl whey)
3 tbsp Liquid Egg Whites (or 1 whole egg white)
1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1 tbsp Peanut Butter chips
1 tbsp Trader Joe's Pumpkin Cream Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 5 muffin tins.
2) Combine all dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients. Fold peanut butter chips in last.
3) Bake for 17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

*Top evenly with the one tablespoon of Pumpkin Cream Cheese
