  •  5 almond Almonds

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Non-Dairy Beverage
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) 365 Organic Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - French Vanilla Creme
  •  0.66 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) 365 Chia Seed

q Directions

Oat Mixture:
1/2c Oats
1/2c Unsweetened Almond Milk
2tsp Chia seeds
2tsp Honey
-Mix and place in fridge to thicken

Progurt:
1/2c Greek Yogurt
1/3 Scoop Vanilla Whey
Cinnamon
-Mix well in bowl.

Layer oats, banana, almonds, cheerios, progurt, banana, almonds and cheerios
