  •  1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana
  •  1 medium Egg (Whole)
  •  1/4 tsp Salt
  •  1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  0.16 cup Pistachio Nuts
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Kirkland Signature Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Kaizen 100% Whey Isolate
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet)
   

q Directions

1. mash banana in bowl
2. add remaining ingredients except for pistachios
3. transfer mixture to greased dished and sprinkle pistachios
4. bake for about 20 min or until golden brown
