q Directions

1 cup oat flour
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 c smashed ripe banana

30 vanilla creme stevia drops and 4 packets stevia ( if you don't have the drops use 12-14 packets of stevia)

Frosting:
Combine the following in a food processor.:
1 c cottage cheese
25 drops( could replace with stevia packets to your taste -I assume about 2-4 packets but I have not tried this)
1.5- 2 tbs walden farms maple syrup
1/8 tsp or a pinch pumpkin spice
1/8 tsp or a pinch of cinnamon
1/4 xanthan gum to thicken ( you do have to have this it just makes the frosting thicker )
