q Directions

Heat the banana in the microwave for ~ 30 seconds (must be a ripe banana,this makes it super sweet), add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

Cook on a lightly greased skillet until you're easily able to get your spatula underneath, then flip and cook for another minute or so!

Top with your favourite toppings ( I used chocolate pb2, and pirouline bits)
