² Ingredients

  •  1.33 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  6 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Sweet Tree Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
  •  1/4 cup Egg White
  •  1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana
  •  0.125 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Walnuts
  •  1/4 tsp Cinnamon
   

q Directions

Blend 1/4 cup of rolled oats into oat flour. Mash banana and crush the walnuts. Mix all ingredients and place in prepared mini loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 18 minutes.
