³ Description

It is quite tasty, and healthy, and very easy to make :)

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup, whole Strawberries
  •  3/4 cup Blueberries
  •  1 date, pitted Medjool Dates
  •  1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
   

q Directions

When dates are soft, mix everything together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass bowl and stir in 2-1/2 tbsps. chia seeds. Chill in fridge for 1 hour minimum. It's thick like jam. Yummy !
