³ Description

A delicious slushy protein shake. You can use different kind of milk to do it. Personally, I add one tablespoon of natural peanut butter in it to add fat and the taste is very good too. I suggest you take frozen blueberries with no sugar added. I didn't find my brand because I'm from Montreal and it was not listed!

² Ingredients

  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Natrel Skim Milk
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Private Selection Frozen Wild Blueberries
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Mocha Cappuccino
   

q Directions

Put the whey and the milk together and blend it.

Then add the frozen blueberries and blend (you can add peanut butter).

Enjoy with a spoon, it is like ice-cream, this is very delicious !
