A delicious, high-protein afternoon snack or- better yet - dessert. Nobody will guess that it's not full of sugar.

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

In small bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and protein powder.

Mash bananas In large mixing bowl. Mix applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and ½ of the blueberries.

Cover a loaf pan in parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray. Pour the other ½ of the blueberries into a layer in the bottom; pour the bread dough on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick in the center comes out clean. Let cool, and serve.

Makes 8 servings.

(You can also mix in other berries/flavors of protein to vary the recipe)
