A delicious high protein, moist cake with only 114 calories per slice!

q Directions

Preheat your oven to 350*f (180*c) and line an 8″ cake tin with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder and xylitol.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg then add in the mashed banana, milk, yogurt and 2 tsp lemon juice.

Mix in the blueberries then pour the mixture into the cake tin.

Bake for about 20 minutes.
