³ Description

Just devoured this one-serving blueberry proteincheesecake that I made this weekend. So easy to make and doesn't need baking!

² Ingredients

  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Nu-tek Pro5 Chocolate Protein Powder
  •  1 tablespoon Almond Butter
  •  1/3 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Whole Foods Market Stevia
  •  1/3 oz Water
  •  1/4 cup, small curd (not packed) Cottage Cheese
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tablespoon Light or Lite Cream Cheese
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Nu-tek Pro5 Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 envelope (1 tbsp) Gelatin Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  1 oz Blueberries

q Directions

Crust:
Chocolate Protein Powder
Almond butter
Cocoa
1 packet Stevia
About 1 tsp Water

Mix ingredients with your hands and fill the bottom of 3 silicone muffin tins, press down so it doesn't crumble when you take it out of the tin.

For the filling:

Cottage cheese
Greek yoghurt
Cream Cheese
Vanilla Protein Powder
1 packet Stevia
Vanilla Extract
Instant Gelatin powder
Blueberries

Mix all ingredients except the blueberries with a hand mixer. Fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter over the crust and put in the freezer for minimum 45 min or until it's frozen. Take out about 10 before you eat it to let it get a little softer. Enjoy!!!
