Quick, easy, delicous and full of fruity goodness!

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  200 g Oat Flour (Partially Debranned)
  •  100 g Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen)
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  60 g Egg White
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
   

q Directions

Mix all ingredients together etc the blueberries

Fold in bluerries

Distribute between 9 muffin moulds, try and use silicone moulds (like in the video)

place in a pre heated oven for 12mins for 175c or 350f
