q Directions

mix dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine together. fold in blueberries. fill muffin tins 2/3 full, sprinkle tops with cinnamon and stevia and bake @ 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes or less if you are using a mini muffin tin. (I actually used the Naturade vegan smart vanilla in the recipe, but the vanilla pea protein was the only option when choosing ingredients)
