Cauliflower biscuit breakfast sandwich

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

(1) break up cauliflower and "rice" in food processor (it should have the texture of rice)
dry out cauliflower rice by microwaving for 5 minutes
(2) in new bowl add 1 cup cauliflower, 2 egg whites, 1 T coconut flour, cheddar cheese (your call on amount), italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, salt.
(3) on baking sheet lined with foil, shape biscuits and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, but watch closely depending on your oven. I took them out a couple times to make sure the shape was holding (keep in mind that in step 4 you will toast it)
(4) Cut each biscuit in half and put in frying pan (I used coconut oil) to toast the biscuit. Be careful cutting or you'll have to put your egg on top of the biscuit or just jelly it up! I put two eggs and sausage in mine. Enjoy and let me know how it comes out. Let me know if you try it or do something cool with the recipe! *I used Morningstar farm veggie sausage, its lower in fat, so that is optional or any othe rmeat of your choice.
