Healthy combination of protein, vegetables and healthy fats to get your day started strong and energize you.

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
  •  1 cup, chopped Zucchini
   

q Directions

All you need to do is beat the egg and the egg whites with a fork, add the spices of your choice and pour the mixture onto the preheated pan. Cover with a lid for 1 minute and then take the lid off and top with any vegetables you like. Sprinkle the cheese and cover the lead. Let it sit on low for about 5 minutes for vegetables to soften and for cheese to melt. You are done. This is one serving.
