Great vegan snack for some on the go protein!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 pouch) Better Oats Lavish Dark Chocolate Old Fashioned Instant Oatmeal with Flax
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) About Time Whey Protein Isolate - Chocolate
  •  1/2 fl oz Water
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) madhava Light Agave Nectar
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Artisana Raw Organic Coconut Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Once Again Organic Tahini
   

q Directions

Heat 2T agave and 2T You Fresh Naturals Coco-nut Butter (I used the Dark Chocolate Gingerbread flavor) on the stove. Once it’s smooth add in 1 scoop About Time Protein (I used the Vegan Chocolate - not the whey). Transfer to a large bowl and stir in 1 packet of Lavish oats, 1T tahini and 1T warm water. Mix well and use a tbsp to pack. Shape into squares and store in the freezer.
