I love chicken wings, so any time I can emulate the taste I go for it. This turned out quite well, I wouldn't say it would win any prizes for tasting exactly like chicken wings, but it definitely reminded me of them, and was delicious!
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips, put into bowl and add hot sauce, pepper and margarine, mix well.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, spray a pan and layer chicken strips on top, bake for 20 minutes.
3. In a large bowl mix salad with celery and dressing, layer chicken on top and enjoy
