Vegan & Gluten Free 3 Ingredient Soup

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 tsp Garlic
  •  1.5 cup, cubes Butternut Winter Squash
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Trader Joe's Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
  •  0.15 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
   

q Directions

In a Saucepan, sauté 1/4 teaspoon of Garlic in a drop Coconut Oil.
Add about 1 1/2 Cups Puréed Cooked Butternut Squash and 3/4 cup Vegetable Broth (dash of salt, if desired)
Heat on low for 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with Chili Powder & Flakes for some heat

For a thicker soup, use less broth. Thinner, more broth
