q Directions

For the waffles combine; 1 small mashed banana, 1/4 oat flour, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey (or flavour of choice), 2 egg whites, 3 drops stevia (I used English toffee flavour), 1/2 tsp butterscotch extract (Frontier naturals brand. A little goes a long way!), a sprinkling each of cinnamon and nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp of baking powder. Pour into a pre -heated and sprayed waffle maker and enjoy when the light changes color! For the "frosting", I mixed 1/2 scoop vanilla whey with enough almond milk to give the consistency I wanted. I also topped with waldenfarms pancake syrup. Nomalicious!
