² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1/3 cup Oat Bran
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 oz) TerrAmazon Organic Cacao Powder

Cacao Blackberry Egg White Oat Bran

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Mix in 1/3 cup oat bran, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp cacao powder and mix. Allow it to cook until almost no liquid is left. Then add in 2 egg whites (from carton) and mix vigorously until cooked through. Once cooked mix in half a mashed banana. Top with almond milk and black berries.
