Only have a couple minutes on your hands but still want a tasty treat? Try this caramel apple pie (mugcake) which is made with minimal ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to make, start to finish.

Caramel apple pie mugcake

- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/8 cup oats
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée or baked sweet potato
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 cup diced apple
- cinnamon
- tsp sweetener of choice

Combine ingredients and mix well until a dough forms. Press dough into an oiled ramekin and form a pie crust. Mix your diced apple, cinnamon, and sweetener and Spoon your filling on top of the crust. Microwave 2 minutes. Let cool then top with pb date caramel (pb + date caramel + almond milk) and peanuts. Enjoy
