Ingredients

Bottom layer

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1/2 cup SO delicious coffee drink in latte flavor (or another coffee drink)

Middle layer

- 1/2 cup SO delicious cultured coconut milk

- splash SO delicious coffee drink

Top layer

- 1/3 cup date caramel

- splash SO delicious coffee drink

Directions

1) combine ingredients in 3 separate bowls. line a mini cupcake tin with liners. Layer each layer into your cupcake tins then let sit overnight in the refrigerator. in the morning, pop in the freezer 1 hour before eating.
