  •  3 serving (serving = 1/3 cup dry) Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 packet) Trader Joe's Organic Oats & Flax Instant Oatmeal
  •  5 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
  •  3 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Trader Joe's Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 1/2 tbsp) Now Foods Flax Seed Meal
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) So Delicious Unsweetened Almond Milk Plus
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Organic Raw Blue Agave
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Ground Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Healthy Origins White Chia Seeds

METHOD:

Pulse above ingredients in a blender or food processor for one minute or until you have reached a desired thick consistency. Next, line a baking sheet with coconut oil or wax paper and begin to create ball formations with a tablespoon. Place each bliss ball on the sheet and then allow them to set in your refrigerator for a couple hours prior to eating!
