Simply mix all of the ingredients together! Use cinnamon swirl whey if possible. I like it with apples most.

2 TBSP oat flour (ground up raw oats)
1 TBSP coconut flour
1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl cellucor protein
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup carrot puree (2 oz)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 stevia packet
