² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Trader Joe's Multigrain Baking & Pancake Mix
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  •  1 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Whole Foods Market Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Great Value Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 cup) Dole Shredded Carrots
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 packet) Truvia Sweetener
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Wegmans 0% Fat Greek Yogurt Plain
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Sun-Maid Natural California Raisins
   

q Directions

Directions:
-Mix pancake mix, egg white, yogurt, 2 tbsp of almond milk, vanilla, carrots (shredded), raisins, spices, 15g protein and 1 packet Truvia in a bowl
-Spray skillet with coconut oil, put on medium heat and cook 3 small pancakes at a time (recipe makes 6 pancakes = 1 serving)
-For topping; heat cream cheese in microwave on 50 percent power for 10 seconds
-Add 2 tbsp almond milk, 5g protein and 1 Truvia to topping and put it on pancakes

*I shredded my carrots with my food processor with the shredding blade
