³ Description

A low carb alternative to regular rice sushi rolls. Absolutely delicious, they taste just like the real thing!

² Ingredients

  •  1 strip Dried Seaweed
  •  2 cup Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
  •  1/2 tbsp Honey
  •  2 stick (4" long) Cucumber (Peeled)
  •  0.16 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados

q Directions

1. Microwave your cauliflower heads for about 6 minutes or until soft
2. Place cauliflower in a food processor/blender until it's a ricey consistency
3. Put your cauliflouwer in a bowl and mix in your honey (makes it "sticky") and rice vinegar. Set aside
4. Place your seaweed on a bamboo roller
5. Place your cauliflower on the seaweed sheet, leaving about 2 cm from the edge closest, and furthest from you
6. Place your cucumber and avocado (or whichever fillings you choose) in the centre of your bed of cauliflower rice
7. Using your bamboo roller, roll up your sushi roll, then place on cutting board
8. Using a very sharp knife, cut your sushi roll into 6 pieces!
