If you love chai tea or chai latte then you will die for this recipe.

² Ingredients


q Directions

Steep a black tea bag in 2/3 cup hot water for 10 minutes and add 1/4 cup of almond milk.
Pour the mixture into the pan and add 1/4 cup oats and 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and cook till the oats get soft and the mixture will become pudding like. Shut the heat off and add 1 tsp peanut butter, stevia and 1/2 mashed banana. Mix and enjoy.
