³ Description

Super fluffy and cheesy eggs with ham and jalapeno hummus on toasted whole grain bread. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 oz Cheddar Cheese
  •  0.03 serving (serving = 1 oz) Sabra Jalapeno Hummus
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Nature's Own 100% Whole Grain Bread (43g)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 4 slices) Publix Thin Sliced Cooked Ham
   

q Directions

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat on the stovetop.

Toast bread.

While toasting whisk eggs until they are thoroughly mixed and fluffed up. Spray skillet with Coconut oil spray and pour into skillet while whisking.

Continue to mix eggs while they cook and add in the cheddar cheese.

Turn heat off once eggs are cooked to your preferred taste.

Spread Jalapeño hummus on bread and layer slices of ham on top. Transfer eggs from the skillet onto the ham. Cut the piece of bread in half and fold the halves over one another.
