  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kroger 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kraft Natural Shredded Reduced Fat made with 2% Milk Mozzarella Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas
