An Indian inspired, curry, chicken and rice dish.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Skinless Chicken Breast
  •  1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Patak's Biryani Curry Paste
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Red Gold Diced Tomatoes
  •  1 cup White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked)
  •  1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
   

q Directions

Bake or grill chicken. Mix all other ingredients in large crock pot (make sure everything will fit, or reduce quantity). When chicken is nearly cooked through, add to crock-pot. Cook on low for several hours, split into individual containers when desired consistency is reached. ~6 hours.
