  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  •  1.25 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  0.125 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1 tbsp Young Green Onions (Tops Only)
  •  1.5 cup Kidney Beans (Canned)
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Colgin Liquid Smoke
  •  1 medium Red Onions
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 sauce cup) Trader Joe's Pear Sauce
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 egg) Food Club Large Egg
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) McCormick Cajun Seasoning
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
   

q Directions

Chili Waffles: In a #VitaMix, blend 1/3C Oat Flour, 3 whole eggs, 1/4C Pear Puree, 1/2C Kidney Beans, 1 tsp liquid smoke, and 1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning. Makes 2 waffles.
Chili Topping: In a pan, saute 1 sliced red onion with 1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning, and 1/8 tsp garlic powder.
I also topped my waffle with 1/4C ricotta cheese, some chives and some fat free cheddar cheese.
