Cold chicken pasta salad packed with protein!

² Ingredients

  •  1 breast quarter (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Breast
  •  1/4 tsp Cumin
  •  1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/4 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Colavita Aged White Wine Vinegar
  •  80 g Penne
  •  1/2 small Bell Peppers
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Cook chicken in fry pan, let cool. Cook pasta and drain. Combine all ingredients then set in fridge to chill. Served chilled.
