  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Central Market Ground Flax Seed
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Spectrum Ground Chia Seeds
  •  1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  1/3 cup, sliced Bananas
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Kaizen 100% Whey Isolate
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Kroger Unsweetened Coconut Flake
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Nestle Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels
  •  0.66 serving (serving = 1 cup) So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened
   

q Directions

1 tbsp ground flax seed
1.5 tbsp ground chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk

topping;
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
1 tsp dark mini chocolate chips

1. mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
2. serve chilled and add toppings
