Oh SNAP! This creation might just be the death of me :-/ I can't eat just one... fuggggg. These little guys are #dairyfree #soyfree #glutenfree #vegetarian and could be #vegan if you use vegan protein powder. They are super crunchy but somehow manage to still melt in your mouth... Only 7 #ingredients !!!

q Directions

Mix the following in a bowl:

1/4c @nutsnmore pumpkin spice peanut butter (or use reg pb and a dash of pumpkin spice)
2T maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (#Muscleology)
1 cup gluten free oats
1T coconut oil (melted)
1T #enjoylife chocolate chips (melted)
1 pinch of sea salt

Use a cookie scooper or make cookies the size of a ping pong ball. Place on parchment paper and slightly press them down to flatten the tops.

Should make about 10
Bake @ 350F for 15-20 minutes

These are great! I added some honey for moisture and substituted raw cocoa nibs. It's true, you can't eat just one!
