When dessert cravings happen, this clean and yummy dessert will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 tablespoon Low Sodium Peanut Butter
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Truvia Sweetener
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Nutrilite Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate
  •  0.87 serving (serving = 1 cup) Trader Joe's Original Unsweetened Coconut Milk
   

q Directions

Place all ingredients in a mug (except for peanut butter).
Place peanut butter in and cover with batter.
Cook 1 minute, checking it doesn't overflow.
(If it's too dry you can increase the milk or decrease the cooking time.)
