Healthy grain free protein cake for treat days.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion - Milk Chocolate
  •  1.33 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Artisana Cacao Bliss
  •  15 g Pecan Nuts
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion - Delicious Vanilla
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 bar) Russell Stover Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Bar
  •  2.7 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Tierra Farm Organic Raw Cashews
  •  15 date Date
  •  1 serving (5g) Fresh Lime Juice
   

q Directions

Use cashews that have been soaked for 1.5h!
1. Mix all the ingredients for the cake(Whey, dates, cashews, 2tbsp Artisana Cacao Bliss, lime juice) in a food processor.
2. Place plastic wrap in a small round pie dish, I used a large brulee form 15cm(5.9inches) in diameter.
3. Press the mixture into the dish and place it in the freezer for a little while.
4. Melt the chocolate and 1tsp Artisana Cacao Bliss.
5. Pour the mixture over the cake.
6. Top with pecans.
7. Set in the fridge for a while or eat immediately.
