Puffy puffy pancake puffs

² Ingredients

  •  2 large Egg White
  •  0.125 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Whole Foods Market Stevia
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Protein Plus Peanut Flour
  •  0.667 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey Peanut Butter Marshmallow
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Double Chocolate Chunk
   

q Directions

Grind your oats into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients except for the quest bar. Blend again. This is your batter. Then cut 1 double chocolate chunk Quest bar into 8 pieces. Except you only need 7 so eat the extra! Begin to heat an ebelskiver pan. If you don’t have one, you can make these like pancakes. Spray the heated ebelskiver pan with a nonstick spray, fill a position 1/2 way with the pancake batter, place a piece of quest bar piece inside. Then cover it with more batter. Repeat for all 7 positions on the pan. Once the bottoms are lightly brown, flip to cook the other side. Once lightly browned on the second side, remove!
