Dark Chocolate Mocha Protein Pancakes

² Ingredients

  •  1 teaspoon, dry Instant Coffee (Dry Powder)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Ground Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Truvia Sweetener
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 spray) Spectrum Coconut Spray Oil
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 egg) My Essentials Large White Eggs
  •  1 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 fl oz Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Publix Unsweetened Applesauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 scoops) Nature's Best Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Cookies & Cream
   

q Directions

Spray some coconut oil on a pan and heat it up. Combine all of the dry ingredients together. Add wet and combine well. Put half of the mixture onto a heated pan and cook for a couple of minutes until you can easily flip and cook on the other side for 1-2 more minutes. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.
