q Directions

3 cup oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup baking stevia
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup dark chococlate chips
1 scoop protein vanilla whey

1. preheat oven to 350
2. mix everything together
3. bake for 15-20 min
