Looking something yummy,soft, moist, sweet and HEALTHY to curb your sweet tooth. Easy and fast Cinnamon Apple cookies.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Apple cinnamon cookies
1 1/3 c oat flour
3 tbs 0% Greek yogurt
1/2 c no sugar added apple sauce
2 tbs maple syrup ( I use walden farms )
1/4 tsp salt
1 whole egg
3 tbs cinnamon protein OR oat flour
6 stevia packets
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp butter extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 medium apple peeled,cored and chopped fine

Mix all the above ingredients together except chopped apples. Gently stir apple in last and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350 for 8 -10 minutes
