If this combo sounds weird to you then you simply have to give it a try. It tastes fantastic.

  •  1/2 oz Raisins (Seedless)
  •  3 ounce Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb High Fiber Tortillas
  •  1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 dash Salt
   

q Directions

Have you ever cooked beef with cinnamon and raisins? No? Then, you are missing out. Its tatses fantastic. So, I simply browned lean ground beef with some water, salt, cinnamon and raisins. Put some of the meat in the middle of low car tortilla and wrapped in a rectangular shape. Grilled a little in my george forman and viola!
